‍Social cohesion has been in the media a lot recently! And it really matters. When cohesion frays, communities start to fall apart, and people get hurt and damaged. But then it got mixed up with questions of culture - multi-culture, mono-culture, and suddenly the conversation got loud, with more heat than light. This event will turn the volume down, and aims to turn the insight up. How should we think about cultural values? Are all cultural values equally ‘valid’? And when God is brought into the picture, does it help or hinder?

Join us for wine, cheese, and a conversation about cultural values and God.

‍Justine Toh
‍is Senior Research Fellow at the Centre for Public Christianity. She has a PhD in Cultural Studies from Macquarie University.

Michael Paget
‍is the Senior Minister of St Barnabas Broadway, as well as Chaplain to both Sydney University and UTS, and served on the Human Research Ethics Committee at UTS.
